In our kitchens, we take “keepin’ it 💯” very seriously. Our multi-step meal process (see ya, prepackaged sammys and soggy fries!) was developed through deep gastronomic experimentation, resulting in a menu that’s completely creative, refreshingly surprising, hella delicious, and made entirely in house. No fake chicks need apply!

The brainchild of Stephane Lemagnen, a Michelin-level chef who cut his culinary teeth inside Parisian restaurants and private celebrity homes, 375º started out as a humble local favorite on the Lower East Side.

A few short years later, we now sit at the top of the global “fryer”-archy, thanks to our flagship chicken recipe (the juiciest, crunchiest ever!), our bangin’ fries, and our explosive roster of dipping sauces.

Each item on our menu has been crafted to perfection thanks to Chef Stephane’s decades of experience in all things delightfully scrumptious.

Oh, and we only use clean, fresh ingredients ­– Our halal, humanely-raised, hormone-free chicken is the star of every 375º meal!
